Normally, when such a referral results in a sale, part of the commission would be paid to Bob. Instead,
he’s generously offered to donate the whole referral fee to the International Bible Church building project.

Why would Bob do this?
Bob’s retired on a tropical island. He sees this as a way to use his expertise to help you find the home you need
and, at the same time, raise some funds for our building project.
What does it cost?
This referral fee is paid from the Realtor’s commission, which remains the same as it would have been
without a referral. In other words, we’re only talking about a change in how the Realtors split up the commission.
So whether you’re the buyer or the seller, this arrangement costs you nothing.
How can I be sure that International Bible Church receives receives the referal fee?
The first step is to contact us. Bob will take it from there. He will work with you to find the right agent and then
contact that agent to refer you. Bob will arrange with the agent to donate the referral fee to the church.

I already found a home that I’d like to buy.
Won’t I save money if I just contact the listing agent directly?
In most cases, that won’t save you anything. Real estate commissions are almost always a percentage of the
sale price set by local standards. This arrangement doesn’t change the amount of the commission.
